Depending on the features you use, the Service may let you add items, organize events, connect with other users, share lists, suggest gifts, privately claim gifts, and use AI tools to generate ideas or planning help.

The Service may include free and paid features. Paid features may be subject to additional pricing, billing, and refund terms.

8. Wallet Funding and Payments

8.1 Paid Services

Certain features of the Service may require payment, including paid wallet top-ups, metered AI usage, group wallet funding, or group capacity upgrades. By purchasing paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

8.2 Billing

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for all charges incurred under your account.

Launch payments are one-time purchases. Wallet funds are purchased into your personal wallet first and may be spent on AI features or granted into a group wallet. Group capacity upgrades permanently increase the member capacity of the selected group.

8.3 Refunds

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion is available in the Service, you may use that feature, or you may contact us through our Contact page.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or misuse the Service.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Some information may remain in backups, logs, or records where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or business operations.
