  • A chargeback or payment dispute has already been opened

  • The payment falls outside any applicable eligibility period and does not qualify for a discretionary refund

We may limit discretionary refunds, including to prevent fraud or repeated misuse of paid features.

6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals from the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for payments already made. If you want a refund for a past payment, you must submit a refund request under Section 3.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For purchases made before a change takes effect, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
